3.9 miles on Coal Mine Ridge trail in Portola valley

Last week, our group had the discussion about Forgiveness. The word pinched everyone’s heart when mentioned.

Whether you forgive or not forgive, we all have our own way dealing with those emotions. I want to share a few great quotes that I have learned by heart.

“True forgiveness is not an action after the fact, it is an attitude with which you enter each moment.”

– by David Ridge

“When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free.”

– by Catherine Ponder

Hold our angry and resentment, forgiveness comes naturally.
